    What is it?

    A printed acrylic plaque that sits on an LED light base. Choose the plug-in (corded) or battery-powered base above. The battery base takes 2 AAA batteries, which aren't included.

    Can I change the message?

    No. The plaque is printed with the design and message shown in the photos.

    What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

    Email support@blessedfamilygifts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item (and the box, if it was damaged). Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a replacement.

    When will it arrive?

    Each piece is made in 2–3 business days, then takes about 4–5 business days to arrive. These are estimates and can run longer around the holidays, so for a date that matters, order early.

    When I ordered the item was shown in a wooden box. It arrived in a cardboard box. Later after reviewing the ad you have to designate if you want the wooden display box. The print in the ad is larger and the item looks poorly made

    Gift for Daughter - Believe in Yourself: Love Knot Necklace -

    I am very dismayed with the ordering process. I purchased 3 necklaces by mistake and only needed one. There was a confusing video about a canvas that stated you had to watch it before your order could be placed so I kept clicking on the video which caused my order the be processed three times! I called the support line and could not speak to a live representative. I kept getting a recording about a high volume of calls. I then contacted support via text and email to cancel two of my necklaces. I received an automated email saying it was past the request period and there was nothing they could do. Again, this was all via email. You could never leave a voice message or speak to a person directly! I received the necklaces and am not getting a full refund. I am not only paying to return them, but also received 30% of what I paid! I am still waiting for notification that my refund is processing. I am very upset and will never order from your company again. I contacted them immediately to cancel my two items and they are stating I did not do it within 24 hours. Any reputable company would have given me a full refund. I am appalled with your business practices.
