Shipping Policy
At Blessed Family Gifts, many of our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. Please review our shipping policy below for processing times, delivery estimates, and important order details.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Processing time includes the time needed to create, customize, and prepare your order for shipment.
During holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Personalized Orders
Personalized orders may enter production quickly after purchase.
Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, or once the order has entered production, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.
Once a personalized order has been customized, printed, packaged, or shipped, it is final.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has finished production and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is typically 4–5 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after it has been issued by the carrier.
If tracking shows that your package is in transit, please allow the carrier time to complete delivery.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Blessed Family Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers.
During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, carrier delays may occur.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal, we may offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee.
Personalized items cannot be refunded once they have been customized, produced, or shipped.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed.
Once an order has entered production, been customized, printed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped and tracking has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Personalized items, including personalized canvases, custom wall art, and products made with customer-submitted names, dates, photos, or custom text, cannot be returned once they have entered production or been shipped.
Non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement.
