At Blessed Family Gifts, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, please review our policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • You must use the return label provided by our customer service representatives.
  • Free to all eligible refunds.
  • Once approved, refunds typically take 5 business days to process through your bank.

Note: If 60 days have passed since your tracking number showed delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturer error, we will replace it at our cost.

  • Requirement: You must email photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your Order Number to support@blessedfamilygifts.com to initiate the process.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our print-on-demand process, we can only cancel or modify orders before they enter production.

  • Final Sale: Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
  • Standard Items: Once an order is in production, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
  • Clearance Items: All sales on clearance items are final. No returns or refunds are permitted.

4. Priority Processing Policy

Priority processing expedites your order for quicker production and shipping.

  • Cancellation: You must contact us the same day the order is placed. Cancellations after this window are not possible, and the priority fee is non-refundable.
  • Changes: Once production begins, changes cannot be made to the existing canvas. We may offer a replacement for an additional fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Delivered Status: If tracking states your order was delivered but you claim it was not received, we must rely on the carrier's tracking information.
  • Returned to Sender: If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, you must pay a reshipping fee.
  • International Shipping: Customs duties, taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the shopper and are not included in our base price.

6. Customer Error Policy

Items cannot be returned due to customer error (e.g., typos in customization). Please ensure all details are 100% correct before submitting. However, we always aim to make you happy, so please reach out if an error occurs.
