Refund Policy

At Blessed Family Gifts, many of our products are personalized and made-to-order. Because each item is created specifically for the customer, our refund and cancellation policies depend on the type of product ordered and the stage of production.

Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed.

Because many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, production may begin quickly. Once an order has entered production, been customized, printed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded.

If your order has already shipped and tracking has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation or correction, please contact us as soon as possible at support@blessedfamilygifts.com with your order number and the exact change requested.

Personalized Products

Personalized products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be reused, resold, or returned.

Because of this, personalized items are final sale once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized canvases
  • Custom wall art
  • Products with names, dates, photos, or custom text
  • Any made-to-order product customized for the customer

Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to customer-submitted errors, including misspellings, incorrect names, incorrect dates, low-quality photos, or incorrect personalization details.

Customer Personalization Errors

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order.

We print exactly what is submitted at checkout. This includes names, dates, spelling, photos, and any custom text.

If you notice an error within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately. If the order has not entered production, we will do our best to make the correction.

Once production has started, changes can no longer be made.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Non-Personalized Products

Non-personalized products may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal, we may offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee.

Personalized items cannot be refunded once they have been customized, produced, or shipped.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees, priority processing fees, package protection fees, and other service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
