Refund policy
We offer refunds if you meet the following:
(1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you receive using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives.
(2) Email us at support@blessedfamilygifts.com (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund).
We have a 30 day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it make take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.
If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number.
Refund and Change Policy for Priority Processing
Priority Processing Service: By choosing the priority processing option, your order will be expedited for quicker production and shipping.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order with priority processing, you must contact us the same day the order is placed. Cancellations requested after the same day cannot be processed, and the priority processing fee will not be refunded.
Changes After Production: After your order has entered production, we cannot make changes to the existing canvas. However, we can offer you a replacement canvas for a fee if modifications are required. The replacement will be processed according to our standard production times.
No Refunds After Production: Once the production process has begun, we are unable to offer a refund for the priority processing service.
Broken Or Damaged Item Policy
If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture to Support@blessedfamilygifts.com with the order number so that we can replace the item at our cost.
Customer Error Policy
Items can not be returned due to customer error, so please be sure to make sure all customizations are 100% correct before submitting your order. However, we will do whatever we can to make you happy.
Order Cancellation
All of our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer at the time of order. Due to this customization process, we can only cancel or modify orders before they enter production. Once an order is in production, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Please note: Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
Returned to Sender
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
International Shipping
Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
