I am very dismayed with the ordering process. I purchased 3 necklaces by mistake and only needed one. There was a confusing video about a canvas that stated you had to watch it before your order could be placed so I kept clicking on the video which caused my order the be processed three times! I called the support line and could not speak to a live representative. I kept getting a recording about a high volume of calls. I then contacted support via text and email to cancel two of my necklaces. I received an automated email saying it was past the request period and there was nothing they could do. Again, this was all via email. You could never leave a voice message or speak to a person directly! I received the necklaces and am not getting a full refund. I am not only paying to return them, but also received 30% of what I paid! I am still waiting for notification that my refund is processing. I am very upset and will never order from your company again. I contacted them immediately to cancel my two items and they are stating I did not do it within 24 hours. Any reputable company would have given me a full refund. I am appalled with your business practices.
