Can I change my order after placing it?
Email support@blessedfamilygifts.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and the exact change. If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll do our best to fix it. After that, it can't be changed.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@blessedfamilygifts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item (and the box, if it was damaged). Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a replacement.
When will it arrive?
Each piece is made in 2–3 business days, then takes about 4–5 business days to arrive. These are estimates and can run longer around the holidays, so for a date that matters, order early.
